Application

These terms and conditions of sale apply to the entire website.

3DMP, owned by the company 3DMasterpPrinting.

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders are made through the online store, requiring customer registration. The customer must fill in all mandatory fields of the registration form, including contact details and delivery address.

Confirmation of the purchase order is sent to the customer's email.

Price and Payment

The prices of products presented in the online store are displayed in euros and include VAT. The VAT amount is calculated according to the applicable rate on the day of the order.

Product payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Delivery

Product delivery is carried out in mainland Portugal and the Islands. The delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and volume of the ordered products.

Return

The customer has the right to return the ordered products without any justification within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Returned products must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging intact.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Warranty

Products sold by the online store are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, excluding damage caused by misuse or negligence.

Responsibility

The online store is not responsible for damages caused by delays in product delivery due to reasons beyond its control.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by Portuguese law.

Changes

The online store reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of sale at any time.
