Chiedo scusa se sarò prolisso, ma dovendo cancellare il precedente commento, ritengo giusto riportare quanto accaduto precedentemente.
Avevo fatto una revisione non positiva, poiché il dongle che mi era arrivato non funzionava ed avendolo rappresentato tramite una email non avevo ricevuto risposta; ma a seguito della revisione, sono stato contattato dalla Ditta che mi ha fatto notare che non mi era stata data risposta poiché avevo sbagliato l’indirizzo (anche se l’epistola non era tornata indietro ovvero l’indirizzo non risultava sbagliato) e mi veniva consigliato di utilizzare il numero dí whatsapp dedicato.
L’assistenza ricevuta è stata cordiale e molto disponibile e dopo molti tentativi, andati purtroppo a vuoto, mi è stato sostituito il dongle in brevissimo tempo ed ora il collegamento con CarPlay funziona benissimo. In sintesi, sono estremamente soddisfatto per come si è risolto il problema e le 5 stelle vanno al prodotto, che è perfetto per il posizionamento ed il funzionamento, ma soprattutto per l’assistenza clienti che ha operato in modo efficiente ed efficace. Grazie, quindi, per il tempo a me dedicato e per la serietà professionale dimostrata.

This Wireless Dongle works great on my Honda Africa Twin ADV Sport ES 2023 with my iPhone 17 Pro with Apple CarPlay. Most of the time, everything starts automatically, only sometimes i have to connect the bluetooth on my phone with the Dongle.
It really great to use all the functions of CarPlay without a cable (before the Dongle, i use a cable usb-c to usb-a, this had much problems). Also great, the Dongle fits perfectly under the OEM cover, and nothing must be changed.
I would definitely buy it again 👍🏻

I had a setup with an other dongle on a wire with ducktape.
Yes you know it started falling off so now I bought this dongle and it just plugs in and works.
Do follow the instructions though the switch between drive view and carplay is in need of extra steps. (As with any dongle ) 💯 worth the €€ I paid.

excellent product, solid construction & very well made!.. i have a scott-oiler .. even onm the lowest setting i get oil splatter on my rear wheel & edge of my tyre. This product has completely elimated ALL on my rear ;-). I ordered one for a Dl1000 as not onbe available for my bike but with a monir mod it fits perfectly .. well done chaps
